Journey Counseling Center is a for profit agency. The mission of Journey Counseling Center is to provide tools that will empower individuals to make choices which will positively impact their livelihood, their loved ones, and their community. Journey Counseling Center serves the geographical jurisdiction of Boulder, Weld, Adams, Larimer and the Denver Metro Area.

Personnel
Journey Counseling Center currently has 5 career and support staff.

Education
The agency currently has staff available to speak on topics regarding relationship issues, healthy relationships, and aggressive behavior. Training videos are available as well as a lending library for clients on relationships and domestic violence.

Direct Services
Journey Counseling Center provides domestic violence approved treatment for male and female offenders to include the Caring Dads Program. Counseling includes: anger management, addictive behaviors, relapse prevention, stress management, teen addiction program, individual, couple and family counseling.  Mental Health and Substance Abuse Evaluations are available also.  Journey Counseling Center does not provide victim shelter or ongoing victim support groups. Journey Counseling Center accepts client personal insurance. A sliding scale is available. Domestic violence weekly treatment is $30 a session.

Financial
Boulder County Workforce and County Probations may provide vouchers for treatment.

Support
Referral and consultations are provided for community members.

Safety
Journey Counseling Center offers victim advocate services.
